Workshops

Todoroki Taiko is inviting you to join them for an afternoon of taiko! Participants will be have the opportunity to learn different taiko beats and rhythms in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. By the end of the workshop, you will have heard about the history of taiko, experimented with basic rhythms and even learned a taiko piece that you can keep practicing at home on your souvenir drumsticks. Come join us!

Beginner Workshop

Cost: $50 (includes class, drumsticks & refreshments)

If you are interested in attending the workshop, please click here to download the registration form. Fill out the form and send back to Todoroki Taiko along with payment to the address provided. Applicants will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. So be sure to register soon! Participants will also be required to sign a waiver at the workshop.

Minimum age of Participants: 16 years old.

Intermediate Workshop

An intermediate workshop will also be held at some point in the summer for those who have already taken the beginner class. Keep checking back for details or email info@todorokitaiko.com to ensure you'll be contacted once details are finalized.
